Dear Director,

Following our meeting today with Raymond Vezeau, we are writing to officially request an official investigation by Environment Canada into the allegations of discharges of deleterious substances from the Technoparc site in Montreal.

Today we provided Mr. Vezeau with a full brief, which includes samples results, notes, pictures, and a biologist’s report.

Mr. Vezeau indicated that your department would respond to us in writing within two weeks as to whether or not you plan to initiate an official investigation into this matter.
